What We Need to Process Your Refund

Processing Timeline

Refunds are processed within 3 business days post-approval, but it could take 5-10 business days for the money to show up in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Generally, refunds for change of mind are not available after the first 7 days. We recommend reviewing our features and asking any questions before subscribing.
Subscriptions renew automatically, so if cancellation is missed before the renewal date, contact us right away. Refunds for renewals are handled on a case-specific basis.
